The pandemic has accelerated the need to find a digital solution that enables employees to improve their mental, emotional, and physical health, while also increasing in-company engagement.

TalentMondo claims to be the smartest way to increase employee engagement and performance through structured wellbeing services. Through TalentMondo’s online platform, consumers can book live stream classes from yoga, Pilates, fitness, meditation, and dance instructors, cook international cuisine with chefs, learn how to make cocktails with mixologists, and hold private sessions with dieticians and life coaches.

TalentMondo Co-founder and CEO Mirac Bal state that they are determined to bring easily accessible and affordable wellbeing & lifestyle services to their stakeholders. “We acknowledge that on-demand videos do not provide personalization as well-being relates to interactive and immersive experiences. With TalentMondo, we improve engagement via live-stream services.”

The platform’s mission is to help corporations integrate numerical targets for Employee Wellbeing into their company goals. TalentMondo provides information on the adoption rate, most preferred services, and most preferred days through its human resources screen.  Also, account managers supply detailed reports that include engagement metrics such as wellbeing, collaboration, recognition, and development for corporations.

In addition to corporations, TalentMondo also partners with insurance companies to offer their policyholders a unique benefit.

Bal says “We have partnered with Mapfre Asistencia to include TalentMondo in their policies and received significant results. Incorporating wellbeing & lifestyle services into policies increase sales, decrease healthcare costs as policyholders invest more in their overall health, and increase customer loyalty via a unique benefit that they can have through their insurance plan. For corporations, we provide detailed reports to human resources professionals to generate meaningful insights for companies. Our partners invest in the wellbeing of their employees and achieve the highest rate of return.”

Firat Isbecer, Co-Founder and CEO of Commencis, one of TalentMondo’s corporate partners, spoke as follows:

“We need to understand that the change in our ways of working is permanent. The classic benefits given to our employees are no longer valid. With TalentMondo, we aim for our employees to receive holistic wellbeing services both at home and in the office.”

Digital Wellbeing Card is on the Way

TalentMondo is preparing to launch its new feature, the Digital Wellbeing Card. The Digital Wellbeing Card will gather data through wearable devices upon the consent of consumers to offer an even more personalized experience.

“Our Artificial Intelligence Design together with the Digital Wellbeing gives us a competitive advantage in offering wellbeing services that are personalized and sustainable to all stakeholders. Our machine learning algorithms are currently optimized for matching instructors and classes with consumers. We will strengthen and validate our proprietary ML matching algorithms by using data from our Digital Wellbeing Card.” Mirac Bal added.

ClassPass and the Similar Platforms Need to Shift ‘Dramatically’

TalentMondo’s VP Marketing Haldun Oz also shared his ideas and projection about the industry. Oz says “Popular offline wellbeing platforms like ClassPass, Gympass, etc have been trying to transform themselves into online, smart, and B2B friendly but apparently, they haven’t succeeded as desired. Their service model needs to be changed to adapt to the new normal. Besides, these companies should fine-tune their platforms for the Human Resources department’s usage. TalentMondo is developed according to hundreds of HR professionals’ feedback from day one, combined cutting-edge technology with employee & instructor data layers thus the platform has been providing a flawless personalized wellbeing experience.”
